OUR HISTORY
Zancott Recruitment is a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated Indigenous recruitment and labour hire company, headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia. Established in 2006 by Cameron Buzzacott, Zancott Recruitment has successfully delivered permanent, temporary and contract recruitment services for twelve years. We specialise in the supply of qualified staff to Tier One companies, as well as to Government entities.
Zancott Recruitment has expanded from a single office in 2006 to eight branches nationally. In 2017, we expanded to Melbourne and Brisbane, and now offer a flexible and responsive recruitment service to our national and local customers located on the Eastern seaboard.
OUR BUSINESS
Zancott Recruitment helps companies to find the staff they need within short timeframes. We employ a team of industry experts in sectors of growth in each State. This has enabled our diversification from the supply of labour to the Civil Construction sector, to supply staffing solutions to Telecommunications, Rail, ICT, Environmental Services, and Local and State Government clients.
In the Administrative and Professional Services categories, we supply both entry-level and Professional roles such as Administrative Assistants, Project Managers, Finance Officers, HR Advisors, Project Administrators, and WHSE Managers. In Civil Construction, Rail, and Environmental Services, we supply all roles, from Plant Operators, Labourers, Scaffolders, Rail Workers, and HR Drivers, to Supervisors, Engineers and Project Managers.
Zancott Recruitment also supplies ICT and Telecommunications staff to our customers in the Telecommunications and Defence industries in Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and the Northern Territory.
