If you need to amend your online hours, you can recall your online timesheet by clicking the Submitted Timesheet Folder in the online portal, and clicking on the timesheet you would like to amend. Click ‘Recall’ on the top right of the screen. This will move the online timesheet to your incomplete folder and you can then amend and resubmit.
If you need to amend your approved Zancott paper timesheet, make the changes to the timesheet and ask your Supervisor to initial any changes made.
Please note: that our payroll team are unable to process any amended Zancott Paper timesheets that have not been initialled by your Supervisor.
